The Sports Fitness program is designed to prepare students with the knowledge base to easily transition to college or be prepared for a career in sports, fitness, or the healthcare field. Entry-level hands-on skills will enable students to work towards certifications in personal training or group fitness. Full academic selections for Juniors and Seniors
