Animal Management and Care students learn proper nutrition, care and grooming of animals, basics of laboratory testing, along with management techniques for pet shops and stables.

Auto Collision Technology and ASE certified program teaches the repairing, refinishing and restoring of the body of damages vehicles.

Automotive Technology an ASE certified program, includes diagnosing, adjusting, repairing and replacing mechanical and electrical parts of an automobile.

Business & Marketing Technology provides the fundamental concepts and skills for entrepreneurship, business management, marketing, computer applications, digital design, Internet and networking basics, and website design.

Chef & Restaurant Management students train in a mini-culinary institute environment to prepare, present, and serve food to the public. The students operate the Center Café restaurant.

Commercial Truck and Equipment Technology is an ASE nationally certified training in diagnosing, disassembling, reconditioning, and replacing diesel engines and components.

Construction Trades students learn basic carpentry skills to repair, construct, and remodel buildings and homes in a real world practical setting.

Computer Science & Forensics focuses on computer architecture and the principles of how computers function at both the software and hardware level.

Cosmetology students learn the personal care of patrons’ hair, skin, and nails. Training occurs in a lab setting as well as in the Today’s Image Salon. The Today’s Image Salon is a full service salon operated by students and open to the public.

Digital Design students learn the technical creation of artwork for commercial purposes as used in advertising, publications, packaging, and television to generate interest in a product or idea.

Diversified Medical Technologies (DMT) students are introduced to career opportunities in the medical field and includes out-of-classroom clinical experience.

Early Childhood Education focuses on the physical, social, emotional, and mental development of young children. Include operation of the MCCC Preschool.

Engineering Technology and Design is a sequence of pre-engineering courses introducing students to the scope and discipline of engineering and engineering technology.

Graphic Arts students learn skills in pre-press production and finishing necessary for success in the Graphic Arts Industry.

Heating, Ventilation & Air-Conditioning (HVAC) students learn to install, maintain and repair gas, oil, and electrical residential and light commercial heating and cooling units.

Horticultural Science and Design students learn sustainable techniques that concentrate on the preservation of today's natural resources.

Optical Technology students learn about common eye disorders, testing for visual acuity, depth perception, color blindness, proper use of optical instruments, prescription analysis and fitting technologies.

Power Equipment Technology focuses on the maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of 2 and 4-cycle gasoline engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and hydraulic systems.

Precision Machining Technology has incorporated Tooling University into its curriculum providing in-depth knowledge of all aspects of metalworking and manufacturing.

Public Safety focuses on the public safety sector. Emergency Medical Technician and Firefighter careers are explored.

Software Engineering and Website Development prepares students to pursue a computer science and/or information technology degree.

Sports Medicine & Exercise Science prepares students with the knowledge base to easily transition to college in sports fitness or the healthcare field.

Teacher Education Academy students learn early childhood, middle childhood, high school and special education. SENIORS ONLY

Video Production students learn to create compelling video productions from concept to distribution.

Referral Required: Culinary Arts & Textile Services Includes basic skills in commercial housekeeping, laundry operations, and dietary support as well as basic food preparation. Training in customer service skills is also incorporated. Counselor Referral Required
