Minimum Requirements:
|
Ohio Special Education Licensed; Education of the Handicapped (K-12) OR other appropriate license for the position of Vocational Special Education (VOSE) Coordinator. Strong knowledge of career & technical education. Excellent computer skills. Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing. High level of organization. A sincere interest in working with students, parents, staff, business partners, community organizations and associate schools. Previous experience working in a team environment.

Desirable Qualifications:
|
At least three years experience working with special needs students at the high school level. Endorsement in Transition to Work. Previous experience in a career and technical setting. Current first aid certification. Willing to obtain a van driver’s endorsement.

Work Week/Year:
|
Approximately 90 days (long-term substitute - remainder of 2011-2012 school year) |
|
Salary:
|
Appropriate placement on salary schedule as per the Negotiated Agreement.
|
|
